Coughlan is a McLaren team member. Not only that, he's a member with rank. So, it's childish to say "only Coughlan had it". McLaren had it.
Stepney is a Ferrari team member. Not only that, he's a member with rank. So it's childish to say "only Stepney knew about it". Ferrari knew about it.

^ It amazes me how often you are wrong, I won't try to explain it to you, it would only go over your head, or you would get it, but choose to argue about it anyways because that is what entertains you...

prove it.

There would not be a criminal investigation if it was authorized...and McLaren would have let that be known...

You really should stop....

As I anticipated, McLaren were exonerated. There was simply no way the FIA or any court of law were going to harm Lewis Hamilton's chances of winning the title. Hamilton will win the WDC (cuz of yet another FIA nonsense issue, the points system) and McLaren will win the CC.

The FIA are simply too political and use this "politicking" , to benefit themselves whenever they can. Downright shameful. They want to maintain, the record viewing figures that keep streaming in from every country and we know Bernie is too clever to let anything change that.

Stepney was moved to a lesser role in Ferrari....and was then fired.

You should stop....

Ferrari is spinning their in-house problems by alleging criminal wrong-doing...

against who? not mclaren...watch what happens when stepney talks.

if you're unhappy with this chapter, hold on to your steering wheel....you ain't seen nothin' yet.

smoke and mirrors...you need to understand it's all part of "the game".

They should have just punished the team and not touch the drivers, therefore the drivers(LH) would still have a chance to pick up a drivers championship and take away portion or all of constructors points!
I think that would have been the best decision!
Maybe Ernie was kicking it with that NBA referee???
