Because he broke the trust of the company and was fired! Why is this so difficult for you to understand???
Answer my questions - but you can't without proving yourself wrong....

why did the F employee give the stuff in the first place?
No I answered your question above - you have yet to answer any of mine...
To answer this one - Well I am not NS so I cannot answer that question - I can speculate (looking for a new job at Honda, etc) - but that is useless....
And before you try the same with my questions - beware that the facts are out on how some of the stolen Ferrari info was used - so you can't use that defense...no info is out on why Stepney did it....
So answer mine if you dare....
Keep trying to put this on Ferrari's shoulders...

So, sitting here at work...if I go and take $10,000 in computers out to my car and drive off, never to be seen again...would my boss be just as guilty as me?

Now if you brought that $ to Doug, and Doug told his boss, and his boss did not go to the authorities....well it's still YOUR boss' fault...

^Nimesh logic.....

he knows you took the stuff (hmm...i swear there used to be a computer on each of these five desks), and you've disappeared (hmm...that brent guy hasn't been to work in days).
do you think these 2 facts would be lost on him?
do you think no one would notice?

the computers are a simple example, but 5 computers sitting on desks is a little different (more noticable) than a pile of paper that can be copied/reprinted.
do you think F purposely gave their specs to M just so they can implicate them in something?
