You think the CEO of Boeing stole the corporate secrets? no.
Why did he lose his job, if he had nothing to do with the crime? Because corporate law is different than civil law. A company is responsible for the actions of it's employees....sheeesh, I thought we already went through this....

why didn't F have M charged with a criminal action? b/c they were not in POSP...they were just in POP...HUGE difference.
don't liken the two...this was not a criminal proceeding.
gotta run....

C was an employee of M....what you think you can use S is an employee of F when it benefits you, but not use C is an employee of M when it doesn't support your cause?

tell that to the prosecutors...not me...doesn't benefit me either way.

WTF, Maclaren doesn't get penalized but Honda get's suspended for a few races for a supposed illegal fuel tank?!?!
I do agree though Honda got a worse punishment than McLaren, and I feel the McLaren error is WAY BIGGER than the Honda one.

There was simply no way the FIA or any court of law were going to harm Lewis Hamilton's chances of winning the title. Hamilton will win the WDC (cuz of yet another FIA nonsense issue, the points system) and McLaren will win the CC.
The FIA are simply too political and use this "politicking" , to benefit themselves whenever they can. Downright shameful. They want to maintain, the record viewing figures that keep streaming in from every country and we know Bernie is too clever to let anything change that.

The think I keep going back to is the FIA could have taken team McLaren's points away. We all know the Manufacturer's Championship points don't effect the Driver's Championship points, it only goes the other way around. I fail to see why the FIA could not have sent a message to McLaren, and not done anything to stand in the way of LH remaining the media circus he is now.
check this out....but you HAVE to wait for the ending.

Come on, supposed? Give me a break, that was not supposed at all, that was a secondary tank.
