What kind of phone holder do you guys use? I actually bought the bracket but I don't have the holder to hold the phone.

I got the setup with the ext. But it doesn't vibrate too bad. However it does move ur gps over time... to resurrect this i lined the round mount (not ball) of the gps with a thin piece of tape.

The TomTom app for iOS is pretty good, though fairly expensive.

Work on the street is TomTom is going to be providing the maps for iOS 6.

Oh forreal? I thought it was going to be an apple in house project? Does that mean apple is doing the UI but getting the map data from a third party source?
