I had someone listen and they said the baffles inside the muffler might be going bad? Not even sure what that means. I've never had an exhaust have issues like this on any car I've ever owned. I'm not even sure how the baffles could make that sound, or what would be going on with them.

Chalk up issue #3881 after 3 years of ownership of this goddamn car...

Doesn't the Ferrari 355 have a rather complex exhaust, in stages? Yeah, think you need to go to shop and get complete exhaust. I remember Car Fix doing an exhaust upgrade on a 355. Exhaust part starts around 15:00 of YT video.

I believe the issue is fixed. After taking off the muffler and inspecting everything along the way, I noticed the exhaust clamps were rather loose. The Muffler pipes on the bottom mate to the cats (with no gaskets), then you have these clamps which are basically 2 half circles you attach where the pipes mate, then you tighten it with a nut/bolt on each side. The nuts are rather small, I think 9mm, so I can see how they can come loose.

I'll have to drive it some, then double-check the clamps and see if they are coming loose again.

-Belt tensioner
-Several coolant hoses that were original and never replaced in major services by the stealershit
-Clutch
-Resurface flywheel
-CV boots
-Headlight malfunction, stuck down
-HVAC issue where fans were stuck on full blast
-Soft top malfunction related to a bar getting stuck
-Throttle plates not tuned properly causing the car to run like crap and idle too high
-Something attached to the intake system gets gunked up and you have to spray carb cleaner in it or else throttle is affected on cold starts
-Removed intake silencer plastic box, capped off port (there are morons on fchat that believe this mod "ruins" the car)
-Air pump blows fuses randomly
-Horn clock spring went bad
-Speakers blown, radio dead
-Passenger airbag leather came off

Blue loctite, maybe? It'll allow you to remove them later, but it'll take some work (ie, they shouldn't come loose due to vibration)...
