I agree that the BMW 3 is like the Camry of the sport sedan world, and that hurts cachet. I also think there are other solid options, like the ATS, and a car like the Jag (or Alfa) will be a rare beast in a sea of BMW sheep, which holds some appeal. I think the Jag to BMW/MB/Audi ratio is like 1:10.

So, I decided to lease a new Jaguar XE R-Sport 3.5 AWD. The car has every available option and is the highest spec XE. End of month and all that made for a very attractive proposition. We signed papers on it yesterday and pick it up this afternoon. I am leaving the country on Friday, so I was anxious to get this done by then.

Normally not a fan of Jaguar styling, but this is pretty good looking.
