The C6 blows....
The S2k is a TQ less wonder....
The 996 has a FUGLY interior and is underpowered.....
MY GT3 is the BESTEST CAR IN THE WORLD!!!!! oh and MY NSX is a close 2nd.
There- I am an equal opportunity offender!!!! Any questions?
Now - to the OP - congrats on the nice car, please swap the rims and post some nicer pics.
Thanks

You do have the extra power and thats what scares me. That extra oomph will probably help you beat him stock thru the cones. We all basically thread jacked...oh well. It happens. The OP has a sweet ride but he asked for it.

[QUOTE=rockville,Mar 8 2008, 12:10 AM] Slalom times can be deceptive. Remember what the test actually does. It looks at how quickly a car can move its self laterally while moving forward. The problem is the test is affected by the width of the car. A wide car such as the Z06 must move its CG laterally further than a narrow car. This is while a narrow car like the Fit can turn a good slalom time even though it actually doesn

911 = beetle, im good at math too. Ive driven both a c5 and a c6, and im going to have to venture to say a c6 is a bit more than 10% faster than a c5. but to say the interior is nice.... well thats pushing it.
Congrats on a nice Porsche! I do agree that black wheels would be better though...
I drive a 997C4S, but I have LOTS of respect for the C6. Just tonight I had a clean looking yellow C6 rev at me at a stoplight. Too much traffic made me not take the bait... But if would have, I would certainly not have felt confident of winning (I have no idea of the mag numbers, but I would think the C6 has the edge). Anyway, cruising away, side by side with the C6 I could conclude that for now, I am happy with my car, the way it looks, sounds and goes.
If I did not have the need for rear seats I would really like to have a '08 C6 for a while.
