Damn cameras
JAMMER!!
Works every time folks. Dont believe the bollocks that the police equipment flashes a message up telling them that the car is fitted with a jammer. They just show a general error message which covers a multitude of things.

You are supposed to let the insurance company know as soon as you receive your NIP.
I heard that insurance companies don't tend to add much for three points these days as most people have got them.
Personally, as someone with a clean license - I think this is unfair - where is the incentive to keep a clean license if you're not punished for getting 3 points?

Personally, I'm sick to death of all these cameras, I could understand if it was purely a safety matter but it isn't, it's more about making money these days, we're easy 'criminals' to catch!
I've got 6 points on my licence, 3 from an SP50 and 3 from an MS90 (bad news that one!) but when I got my insurance on the S, they were more concerned about driving experience of a Group 20 rear wheel drive car than the points! Couldn't believe it!
I went with Peart in the end, paid more than I expected but they didn't insist on a Tracker which surprised me. They reckon'd that 3 points would add 5% to your policy, any more about 10%, don't know if that is standard practice?!
Looking forward to getting my first year under the belt and Flux reckon'd on about
