Looks like you've got a great spot to see any first corner incidents unfold. Just hope you get a decent race to watch. You mentioned some of the cars sounding rough. I wonder if that's due to the highly tuned nature of F1 engines, and the fact they probably aren't running flat out on a street circuit like Singapore.

The diffusers (banned next year) can cause the 'rough' sounding engines, the 'off throttle and off blowing' of exhaust gasses.

The McLarens sound particularly distinctive. Quite an odd noise! Not sure what happened with Hamilton, but seemed like a tactical cock up at the end of Q3. Button does him once again!

Vettel looking far too quick for my liking though.

Hamilton had a fuelling problem after his first run in Q3 and they couldn't get enough fuel into the car in time for him to go out. Or that is what they are saying!

Looks like an interesting race tomorrow, especially if the rain still comes...

If it rains tomorrow then we'll have something worth watching, otherwise I suspect it will turn into best car wins again.

Some pics from last night....

Here's some images of the entertainment village, and one of Shakira at the Padang area. The entertainment is very good.

From a TV viewer's perspective, the track is possibly the most boring ever. There's more visual spectacle in the local NCP multi-storey.

LOL! I dunno, even this year even the most dull tracks have been exciting with the tyres and DRS/KERS, Singapore might come good!

Great pics Mark, it looks like a fantastic experience all round!

The Brundle/Coulthard combo continues to impress. They're clearly on the same wavelength and Coulthard's more current F1 knowledge complements Brundle's patter very well.
