Pinkham is fit. Although you don't seem to see her much, just a microphone.

Is it nice to see the old boy on the start line podium? I think so. Not a big fan of his either.

Also, why the hell do all (most) of the commentators consider Jenson the second driver in the team? It's clear from comments that is the case. I just don't get it. Finished 2nd last year, most recent F1 champion out of the 2 of them, and showed Hamilton a lesson last race...

Should be an interesting start to the race.

Hamilton will have flat spotted his tyres due to his mistake in the last corner, Button starts from the dirty side of the track and then throw in Merc which seems to make amazing starts.

Can't wait.

How much do you bet?

I've got to go out at 11am. I don't think I'm going to get to see this live.

Perez was an absolute revelation, and the sceptics amongst us would believe he made a 'professional' cockup on the corner he had taken 50 times earlier .... if we recall that Sauber have their engines supplied by Ferrari. Hamilton very subdued but he should be more pleased given how that race could have turned out with his third place. Alonso did quite well I guess, mostly he was consistent and that paid off at the end of the race, I really enjoyed his response to the question 'how much difference will this make to Ferrari over the coming races then ?' his response 'no difference whatsoever' of course he realises his car is nowhere. Red bull do not have the advantage they were enjoying with the blown diffuser, now the drivers have to 'drive' we are seeing Webber out performing Vettel, in my view Vettel will languish in the upper midfield by the end of the season as his true colours as a racing driver are beginning to become apparent. Button made some daft mistakes today, as he said 'put it behind me and look forward to China' probably says it all.

A great race, especially as I had it set to record therefore could fast forward through the huge delays for the massive rain storms from 9am this morning, seems like a great season lies ahead of us .. and it is so much better not having Jake Humphries talking to me like I am one of the Blue Peter viewers, or listening to Coulthard stammering over how to pronounce Vettels name ... Sky are doing a great job and in HD ... all is good !

who would have thought that after two races, that Alonso would be on top of the pile.. considering what a dog the Ferrari seems to be, whatever he thinks of the car.. that's not a bad place to be.

As Alonso said, it means nothing ... the Ferrari is a dog
