Kobayashi to Lotus would be more interesting!

 

I have a theory that the merc and Hamilton may not be that impressive next year.
I'm wondering if they may compromise the car for next year to give them a running start on the v6s for 2014.
Happy to be proved wrong and more than a little conjecture on my part but its my pet theory of the moment

 

I forget: did he do well when he drove for Benneton/Renault/Lotus before? Don't forget that team principal Eric Boullier is also Grosjean's manager.

Looks certain now 2013 won't feature HRT. I suspect the only people that care are Marussia.

I wonder a) how this will affect Mercedes' F1 prospects next year and b) if Lewis Hamilton knew this was coming ...

 

Oh dear. I imagine it was him that pushed Mercedes towards F1, and backing the return of Schumacher.

Agreed. We saw him win in Singapore and he looking pretty tidy. Also, he must be better than his BTCC driving brother who you assume must have had the same opportunities.
