This race nailed the sweet spot of DRS. It was landing the cars at the corner together though I can't help but think with the low drag setups and long straights that it was just superfluous to the racing.

Hamilton raced as well as I've ever seen him race dragging himself back into the points after an uncharacteristic bad qualifying and picking up a puncture. Pipping both McLarens should have been especially sweet but he seemed in a foul mood.

He has probably just been told how stupid that "beard" looks!

Was Jordan a bit subdued yesterday? Not his usual irritating shouty lookatme self?
No less irritating than normal I thought... what a knob
Can't wait for him to be hived off to ITV4 to join the other rejects commentating on the BTC.

Kimi and Alonso very excited to be team mates next year. Kimi happy to be No2 and will dedicate himself to helping Alonso to the title.
They are planning to spend Christmas together.

Speculate and discuss!

I think Alonso and Ferrari would have to accept that whilst Kimi would be the new boy, it would be 50/50 on the track.

I'm more interested in Massa. I think he's had a tough ride over recent years and still has some good pace. Wonder where he will go?

I don't think that his driving ability is in doubt, more a question of strength of character. He will find a seat.

A swap with Kimi would be good.

Not a bad solution and would not surprise me.
What about Kimi and Alonso swapping?

Kimi and Alonso swap seats, Massa and Vettel swap seats.
Red Bull = Massa and Smiler
Ferrari = Kimi and Vettel
That would be something!
