PS... I didn't even know JB was lapped twice. How about we show some of that? I wouldn't say that the race was all boring but from what I got to see it was a snooze fest.

I'm lumpng myself in that category too. but I still consider myself a die hard fan and get up at 4am on a Sunday to watch it regardless.

Lets hope that Nico has the capability to get up there then and put on a decent challenge. although I expect the decision to let them race will only apply until they trip over each other, as we saw last year.

did I hear the ridiculous double points was not happening this year or did I just dream that

No double points. Thank God! Kudos for trying something new. Kudos for realizing it was stupid.

I have watched every practice session, every qualifying, and every race for the last 5 seasons. This is my 6th. I'm super excited about this season for some reason and I let myself get really pumped up for it. So when the race didn't reach my level of excitement I deemed it as boring. Just the racing part though. I enjoyed everything else. Even the Governator! I thought he did a much better job than some of the other commentators.

I don't know about you, but to my ears it's almost as if he is resigned to getting a pasting this year already.
I agree with you I think he has, I think he knows last year was his best shot, he gave everything he had last year and still couldn't beat Hamilton, he is most definitely resigned.

Alonso to prepare for next race in simulator...

they've had to make a few tweaks to the state of the art equipment to bring it more in line with the pace of the current car...

I guarantee he won't be medically 'fit' to take part in the next race.
