Haven't you got a girlfriend/wife who was driving at the time?

A friend of mine had hos car wiped out whilst being broken down on the hard shoulder by a bloke in a van who fell asleep at the wheel.

The guy was on 9 points.

It went to court and he kept getting the hearing postponed (sickness/pleading not guilty and then changing his plea etc).

By the time he went to court he was on 6 points.
