At least he is being honest. You can get 120 easily in summer but the car has a longevity approach to battery mgmnt so only uses about 29kw apparently
Its caused my other half stress once but we use it around the city/county mostly. Off to York in it in a few weeks though (grit teeth emoji)

As a driving experience I really like it a lot

Cut myself off there. It's an intriguing little thing but I learnt long ago fast family cars are pointless for me, right now.. and if it's just fast cars £30k gets you faster

Having said that my SC S2 sits around currently. It's fairly depressing. Along with both bikes.

Kids... Grrrr

Much better experience with chargers today
planned a route into York, 76 miles ish after dropping the dog at the Mutt penetentiary we got to an Instavolt rapid charger
so easy, swipe a card, fills itself up while you grab refreshments and a leak. From 28% to 90% in the blink of a bacon roll and back headed to York, spine briefly straightened

Lesson is proper prep prevents BP reliance and range anxiety
will grab a boost there on the way home too I think
Traffic appalling, 76 miles took 2.5hrs with 1 breakdown (Qashqai eh?) And 1 crash
Grr

Did you have to register/set up an account and use their app or was it just rock up, connect, swipe?

Fixed that for ya. Good to hear.

They have a site at Necton on the way into Norfolk on the A47 about 18 miles out. Also in the centre of Kings Lynn a bit further out 34 miles or so. Waitrose Swaffham have plans for Shell but that should be swerved ... Oyster are also tap only I hear. Glad things working out this trip. I love it when a plan comes together

Here is the other end of things.. broken infra
these chargers have years of negative reviews on zap map
2 enterprise twats blocking the working ones at the other end of the car park with another car blocking them in. A city which ought to embrace the BEV barring the BEV
bad work yorkies..
