Have to agree there. I just swapped from some far too grippy tyres on the Evo, to T1R's and I can now get the car to move around / drift much easier. I never liked the all or nothing effect (Exige on Yoko's is different though)

But the GTR does and will slide around quite readily IME!

No comments then on blowing gearboxes and Nissan Uk not doing them under warranty if they're an import?

Whether there is any credence to this information is unknown to me as I have only had it 3rd hand so to speak from a pal at work whose Dad knows David Yu, and David Yu seems to me to be the right person to hype up stuff.

So, pretty tenuous but worth investigating the claims that the gearboxes do pack up after extreme use if you're thinking of getting one.
