I am absolutely drooling. We will definitely go out for a blast. Have you posted a pic of yours mike? This phone is y allowing me to go backwards in the thread. I'm interested to see it/hear the config/model of it.

It's a 135R which was a Lotus special Edition - only 175 made IIRC had adjustible suspension and enhanced K Series as well as slightly wider OZ wheels to eliminate understeer
Mine's had full Honda K20 engine / box swap from a Jspec DC5 - Has around 240bhp. Also has following upgrades:
- Full Nitrons
- Carbon ITG filter
- Hondata ECU with piggyback
- Lotus Sport Stainless brake rotors
- Blue stuff pads
- Lotus Sport Exhuast
- Manifold
That is lovely mike. What an absolutely amazing colour /finish

Good choice
I don't think I'd have another Exige (well maybe V6) it would be an SC Elise. I like having the rear visibility and roof off is handy.
Enjoy!

My old man's just got a brand new RS4. Went out for a blast last night. Great car but my Elise was 100x more enjoyable on the same roads. Way quicker too. It takes ages to get the RS4 turned in. Obviously they are as different as you could possibly get - but I was amazed how unspecial it felt versus the Elise.
I don't think I'll ever not have a Lotus in the house.

It's the type of car I'd get when I get a bit older and have to slow down. That gearchange has to be rectified before I go anywhere near it as an ownership proposition. I imagine the K20 swap is better since it's all new?
