Right just for old times sake (this is the last time lol)

14.2@101 with a 2.4 60 ft pre-maxogen filter which made a massive difference (highest terminal being 103 with worst 60ft) 10-100 I still think it would push your S2k up the road but alas we shall never find out. End of the day we raced and you got slapped (which I know you admit it)

<stopped watching when Mr know it all in the back of the Porsche critisized one of the bikes, 'he thinks he is going fast'...what a txsser. Firstly the biker was actually 'biking' unlike the merchant banker in the cheap seats and secondly it was prolly his bike, again unlike the freeloading gobby one.

strange assessment in my opinion.. but each to their own..

people give each other passenger rides on the nurburgring.. I don't see that as freeloading..

the biker was putting himself in harms way by not using his mirrors..

most of the bad ring accidents are bike related.. often a car touching a bike.. and I guess most of this is due to miss-communication between the riders/drivers.

a good biker would see you in his mirrors (if he had any.. a lot remove them for some reason ).. and give you an indication when they are ready to let you past..

most people are fine for a slower biker to complete his corner and time their approach accordingly.. but if they are slow through a consecutive set of corners and give no indication that they have even seen you.. it starts to get dangerous because you will develop a queue of cars and bikes.. all jostling for space at high speeds..

Yes but for the millionth time I could only crawl past my mates VTS when the car was running like that. I've raced it since and streak away from him with utter ease.

Best ET 13.75s @ 102.7mph
Best trap speed 105.6mph
Best 60ft 2.1s
Average traps around 102mph
Average ETs around 13.9-14.0s

Quite how a 14.2s car with a 101 trap speed features as faster is beyond me. 0-60 I'll nail you we agree (rwd vs fwd). For rolling performance we need to examine trap speeds. My best trap of 105.6mph came from a bogged start off-vtec (thus a pants 60ft time). That 60ft would be about the same as your average cup 60ft time therefore if RT was exactly the same we'd be side by side heading off down the strip. However when I trap I trap several mph faster (105mph vs your 101). Where did that extra mph come from?? Could it have something to do with the fact my car was accelerating better than yours on the roll?

You just can't argue with my time man

Why are you comparing your best terminal 105 to my terminal with a perfect start, 101? My best terminal was 103 BEFORE Maxogen, end of the day there would have been very little in it in a straight line below 100. Messenger me if you want to continue this

Once the S2000 has done a few thousand miles we will have another wee

You'll get no argument there but since it was raised (not by me) earlier in the thread I had to flag up that the S2000 is faster. Sure it might be an inch but winning is winning
