It's not my Facebook page, it's not my photo. . . and don't tell nobody, those aren't really his washer and dryer. The guy owns a Lambo; he had to rent everything else.

Okay Unkie Trunkie, I should have several answers to this, but I need you to tell me some new/healthy ways to relieve stress that don't involve physical exertion or spending money.

I'll send you the clutch low-brow answers on a PM.

That said, deep meditative breathing is about as close to not exercising as you can get.

Also, you may want to try to visualize your "happy place," whatever that may be. The trick with general breathing, visualization, or anything else like that is that you need to practice it.

Start with 5 minutes. Then, go to 5 minutes three times a day. Then, up the number.

I'm also a big believer in a certain degree of self-analysis. However, I was told by a now-infamous ex that I could've been "the Gestalt analyst from Hell."

No. However, feel free to start a CornerWiki. Add your two cents there.

I say the former.

It's not an either/or proposition.

It's both. DEFINITELY both. My best friend's brother was his house-sitter through most of the '90's. Generous, but the guy has some fuckin' sack the size of small dogs. Moody, turned on a dime sometimes. . . nothing outside of the stereotype.

Helluva singer, and if I were ever to sing hard rock again, he and Axl would be my two biggest influences. No doubt I'd sound a lot like Patton because of similar training.

Yes....I was having an argument with a girl over this...I said he was a genius and the pretentious behavior was an act....apparently it is not! Good insight!!

I'm listening to some Tomahawk as I type this
