Corona Virus ( not a joke )
Lot of new yorkers don't seem to understand or don't care. My friend is a contactor here in vermont and was telling me how people keep calling him and saying they are coming up here to their second homes and want to meet with him to have some work done. He has suggested that they stay where they are and just tell him what they want done and he will do it but he said they all insist that they are coming up and they all say to him don't you want to make some money? He has explained to them that his and his families health is more important to him, he and his wife are over 60, but he said they just don't get it or don't care.
NOTE: I am not going to acknowledge this # 100 post in my typical way in hopes that the SERIOUSNESS of this Topic will prove more important
I’ve been talking with friends about the impact we’ll see on society - maybe more babies being born in Dec./Jan.? Maybe lots divorces/break ups? Increase in intimate partner violence and/or substance use? I know the traffic at my friendly neighborhood meth dealer hasn’t slowed down.

Having spent a lot of time around meth heads earlier in life, I can say that activity will not stop at all. They will just spread it amongst themselves to no end. Back in my day (like 20 years ago) when I was running with a very bad crowd and making very bad decisions in life, our little town had a hepititis outbreak. Those of us within the crowd knew exactly why it was so bad, since it swept the meth community fast due to those that preferred shooting up. And those people did not even slow down, nor stop sharing needles. It was horrible and sad to watch happen. Meth heads will be meth heads until they stop (Which is a lot less common) or die.
