I don't drink beer at all. I'd like to say I go for the hard shit, but I hardly even drink that, if ever.

I just don't drink...

But ya, those are some damn nice choices. The Boss 302 (I forget what year) was selling for only ~$30k! The '69 Z/28 with the 396 even cost more - $42k!

The 427 Stingray was very nice indeed. But you really gotta see the Belaire (with the ZR1) in person to really appreciate it. It's damn nice.

As for the Coronet, if it wasn't bad enough that it was only 1 of 31 ever, or that it had a 426 Hemi, they had to rub it in even more by putting the original '60s sticker on the windshield. Out the door, it said something like $3,465!

Hmmmm, interesting list. If, and only if, it was real, I'd go for the Yenko. Personally, I know of too many fake Yenkos around to trust anyone. There is no such thing as 100% original GT500 with the CJ - another one, that if documented, has got to be in the 6 figure range.

The '69 with the 427 could be fun; I'm partial to small-block 'vettes of the era. Google for Phil Currin - I got my start as a race car mechanic working for Phil prepping these cars :

Phil's '63 IMSA winning 'Giant Killer'

and

the 'swiss cheese' car

If you follow those pictures back to their source, there is a bunch of great history. I was a young kid, hanging out with Phil. Characters like Milt Minter, Rick Hay, etc. probably have as much to do with my upbringing as my parents. It was on Rick Hay's pit scooter I had my first motorcycle accident (age 4). Emory Donaldson and I crossed paths repeatedly, finally parting company after the Dodge Daytona factory team was pulled from Southwind Ent.

Sorry, had to reminisce.

Yep, I'm old. But, I'm still faster, fitter, and better looking than you. So what's your excuse?
