Mom, didn't buy a house yet. Prices are karaazyy here ([alan from hangover]thanks a lot zuckerberg[/alan]) so we are going to wait 3-4 months. This is not out of the housing fund. That was untouched. I have a separate sports car fund which was 1/2 way to the Stradale. I've been looking at the market and it's actually appreciating so I asked my brother to go half and I will buy out his portion in a year.
