^ I love spaghetti with clams. yum

My son and I are on our own tonight so we had burritos. I tried the sweet potato burrito , a vegetarian version , they were pretty decent.

We had some home made stuffed eggplants, so fresh this time of the year. We also had some nice Portuguese yellow corn bread, Italian olives, and a bit of Portuguese cheese from the Azores. We had a very small desert which was a Portuguese coconut cupcake.

Orechietti pasta (ears) in a home made sauce, my son tossed in some capers as he likes them, added a nice touch to the sauce. Yummy.
