I didn't want you to lose any respect for me as a fellow paesano but at the same time got to tell you the truth.

 

Well I only started making pizza at home in the past year or so. While I much prefer it to anything else, it is a lot of work, probably more expensive than ordering out or even frozen pizza if you use the right ingredients, and it takes a lot of time. I've had my share of frozen pizza, I tend to go for the thin crust and gourmet styles they have out now, so not too bad.

 

I worked for Domino's for about 8 years so I've made a few pizza's.

 

I think you've done it all Rob. lol.

Honestly, it is more expensive to make pizza at home than it is to order one these days.

 

I've just about done it all I got turned down for Head of Pediatrics Long Island Jewish.

 

When it comes to pizza the best i.m.o. is those smaller non chain mom n' pop pizza shops.

 

I picked up some ground turkey today at the store and cooked it up tonight with some red onion, garlic, italian seasoning, olive oil and a couple of sweet Italian sausages which add a lot of flavor added some sauce and parmesan/romano just before it was done. Cooked some spaghetti then threw it in with the meat and sauce and served it with a side of spinach.

We had home made hamburgers, with home made fresh cut fries. My wife makes the best fries.

 

It was ravioli and sausage.
