Well I only started making pizza at home in the past year or so. While I much prefer it to anything else, it is a lot of work, probably more expensive than ordering out or even frozen pizza if you use the right ingredients, and it takes a lot of time. I've had my share of frozen pizza, I tend to go for the thin crust and gourmet styles they have out now, so not too bad.

I worked for Domino's for about 8 years so I've made a few pizza's.

When it comes to pizza the best i.m.o. is those smaller non chain mom n' pop pizza shops.

I picked up some ground turkey today at the store and cooked it up tonight with some red onion, garlic, italian seasoning, olive oil and a couple of sweet Italian sausages which add a lot of flavor added some sauce and parmesan/romano just before it was done. Cooked some spaghetti then threw it in with the meat and sauce and served it with a side of spinach.

We had home made hamburgers, with home made fresh cut fries. My wife makes the best fries.
