Pasta alla norma tonight. The baby eggplant I got the other day was used up to make this dish, I tossed in some sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, and lots of fresh garlic for good measure. We had it using angel hair pasta. The family loved it.

 

Haddock fish, baked squash , and a salad.
