I bought some of the last baby eggplant of the season today, I seen a recipe for pasta with eggplant (pasta alla Norma) which intrigues me and I want to try it out.

yeah I had it in a restaurant many years ago and just came across a youtube video for it which reminded me of it. It is a southern Italy dish. I like eggplant but I am always looking for different ways to use it.

We should have pork cutlets for dinner.

I am making milk buns, first time I am trying this recipe. They should come out fluffy and soft.
