Whats up guys. I'm from the Mid A and i Think I am moving to State College PA. I recently got accepted to law school there and I am fairly certain that is where I am going to go. I have never been to the area, but I am making my first trip up on this upcoming Mon and Tuesday. I want to see the school and find a place that i can live. I dont expect to move up there until July, but i want to line something up. I have searched online, but havnt found places that looked all that nice. If im going to be there for 3 years, what is the property value like? Is it worth buying instead of renting. If you know good places for rent or sale, please post. If any of you guys are from the area, please give me some suggestions. I am pretty open to where i live, i just know that i want it to be nice and i must have a good parking space. Thanks,
