try redline mtl tranny fluid first. also, make sure your going all the way down on the clutch pedal before shifting from 1-2. i had the same problem, and between slowing down my shift slightly, making sure i was down all the way on the pedal before shifting, and changing out the fluid for redline mtl, its butta now!

pretty sure summitracing has it. i bought my from a local vendor here. but almost positive summitracing.com has it. dont confuse it with redline mt90. mtl changes from 70-85weight, and mt90 is straight 90 weight.

Sounds like a trans issue, try the fluid change like suggested. I use the new Honda trans fluid and I have been very happy with it. When the car is cold try double clutching when shifting gears. This will allow you to go through the gears smoothly with no grinds. If you do end up needing a clutch I have a very clean "LIKE NEW" used setup with a freshly turned AP1 flywheel. If you are in the Tampa area I can arrange for S&R Performance to install it for you or we can install it up here in Brooksville.

Good luck
