I agree with what's been said so far. RB & FM stuff is quite good. The NA Miata's definitely do well with some extra chassis bracing. Since you have an early NA car, at a minimum need to add the rear brace across the diff that came on the later NA cars.

I personally used the Tokico's and a JR front sway on my stock class Solo II car with good success (3 region championships).

If you can pick up a torsen diff off a later car, that makes a good difference too.

Of course the 1.6l motors boost really really well.

The mini-turbo kits (Greddy i think) do really well. I've always wanted to do that set-up. I've seen a few at the Gainesville raceway running 12's in a really stock looking Miata. Total sleeper.

Thanks for all the help and good info

I don't want to do a coil over setup just shocks and lowering springs. No turbo or SC maybe just an intake and a little exhaust work.
The car is really just a runabout for April used everyday for short trips to Wally World.

I just want to do a few enhancements to the car to make it that much better and a little more agile.

The car already has an LSD and a 4.3 gear but, the rear is the small stock 90 to 93 version. I have a larger rear out of a 98 that I plan to put 4.44 or 4.56 gears in and another LSD.

I'd go register at miata.net and search their forums for opinions and reviews on anything you're thinking about picking up.
