Why not haeva meet at the track in Gainesville . There is PLENTY of parking and the available drag strip one way and road course too . It could be a weekend event to boot

I think we should have our ENTIRE meet at the g-ville raceway. I think it would be awesome to have 100+ s2ks parked and a few racing around the track all day! You guys know you love the sounds of the s2ks tearing it up in the corners!

i COMPLETELY agree. The track has everything we could possibly want/need. Tons of space on both pavement and grass. Just the road course parking area would be more space than at the Plant City parking area. And i think we could set up a course layout similar to the SCCA events there which would make it easy to have a spectator area.

I love the idea and think it would work well.

cost may be prohibitive... but i agree.. having the track runs for those who would, an having enough other activities... could lead to an even more interesting outting... i'm game...

I love the idea, but the cost would be very high.

well ... i was thinking the 'leverage' for us would be able to tell the folks GIR we would be using their catering services and that may allow them to profit enough to not charge for general usage fees of the facility (excluding the racetrack fees).

There are a lot of unknown variables which i'll be looking into.

These next few months and on into next year, fiscally, will be intersting for everyone (i think). So, the track may be more open to discounting
