Default Ouch,

Okay. I did it. I could try and blame it on the wife, but it was me. I hit one of this d@mn extra tall parking blockers made of asphalt and scraped up the chin of the front bumper pretty good.

Question: Anyone on here have a chin spoiler, and if so, does it come up at least 3/4" from the bottom of the bumper? That would cover my booboo quite well - or does anyone on here own a paint shop and have a couple ounces of Silverstone Metallic to spare?

Everytime I scrape my front I want to cry. If I ever hit a parking block I think it would crush the front of my car. Check www.hardtopguy.com His front spoilers are the cheapest and they come pre-painted.

Sorry for the delay - I'm moving offices at work and for once my free-time has disappeared...

The chin - eh, not as bad as it could have been, but still not happy. I'll tell ya, for the size of the curb, the S did well. Just some minor chips and scrapes on the lower 3/4" of the lip. I was surprised - it sounded a heck of a lot worse.

I guess I'll pull the bumper one of these days and work on it - be a lot easier than laying on my back looking up for a couple hours, especially when the tears start to blur the vision....
