Thanks Mark, I may actually call in any favors!

My wholesaler set up something through Manheim for me. He put me on an email list. Basically every day I get an email that tells me exactly how many NSX's, no matter the year are registered for the auction. From that list, I can see if any interest me. If I find one... I'll just get with my wholesaler to agree on a price.

Hoping that I might even be able to go to the auction and drive it home myself!!!!

Manheim auctions are fun. I had the liberty to to go to one twice in NJ off of exit 7 towards rutgers on the NJTP i believe.

actual manheim which is in the sticks of lancaster, pa amish country is the biggest auction in the country. talk about a friggin mile long parking lots of cars, all kinds, every condition, just crazy shits loads of them

if your with a dealer that is registered you can buy a car in about 5 mins. see if driving up to the lanes, have a couple mins to fully look it over, go over with a paint gauge, bidding which takes no more than 30 seconds and if you win you got it. pay inside, bye bye. they park it back out in the parking with the keys in it.

Yup. I never knew those paint gun things exsisted. It was crazy when I saw it for the first time. Like 7 people testing the paint at one time on the same car, lol.

Before I bought my S, I had it tested. It's a good indicator of accidents (repainted areas a lot thicker or thinner than oem).

I didn't think they were that cheap! Totally worth it when buying a used car.
