aloha friday!!!

 

I had an interesting encounter with a police officer yesterday...

while sitting at a stop light in Kaneohe yesterday, a cop pulled up next to my car and was waving at me to roll my window down. At the time, I was plugging in my phone to the car charger and thought he was going to ticket me for "using" my cell phone while driving. I rolled the window down, but before I could apologize and explain that I was only plugging my phone to the charger the cop shouts "Hey nice car! How do you like the s2000? Is it FAST?!" I replied with "uh....wha?...Thanks! uh... fast??...yeah I have no complaints! " By this time, the light had turned green and it was all clear in front of the both of us but he kept asking me questions. "Hey...have you driven a 350z?" I smiled and shook my head and started to roll forward to try and catch the light that he was making myself and the cars behind me miss. The cop then rolls along side me and shouts " Hey so I'm between a 350z and s2000, which is better?" I shouted "S2000 of COURSE!" with a smile, gave him a shaka and took off.

If he becomes a S2k Owner in the near future and reads this... Thanks for not giving me a ticket!

gotta say wifey is pretty awesome. "why don't you take the s out for a spin" and of course i did!

 

finally moanalua is getting repaved...

 

That road was such a mess when I went on it today -.-

 

yeah, they were supposed to repave it and place the concrete for the bus stops last year. it got so bad, wifey takes kam most of the time

 

U guys should call your district rep and complain, even though i heard they cut the budget for road repairs. I do notice they fix more roads near election time though, atleast in my area of town lol.

 

supposedly there is money the state has to spend on the road repairs. they want to burn it up so get more funding for next year prob
