Back from the dead on this thread.
I eventually peaked at 178lbs at 14.8% body fat, and then well work got in the way. Got staffed in remote locations where I ate out every meal.. excuses excuses ... and well now I sit at 164 lbs, not really sure what my BF is but it's probably around the same %. Crazy how fast I've decayed muscle. I can clearly see all the "buffness" I had before deteriorate

Yeah it sucks to see the decline, that alone has kept me not going for more then a week off since I started body building 15 years ago except for 1-2 instances where I got hurt during that time. One week is enough for me to notice. It comes back quick though so don't get too discouraged. Just pick yourself up and make the decision that its time to get back on point. Half a dozen killer workouts and you will be back where you were and hopefully continuing to surpass that if that's your goal.
Over the last 2 years since lasted posted in this thread i've altered my macros a bit and separated my chest/back day into 2 different workouts adding a 4th day to the week. My body has really responded well visually to this so ive stuck to it and plan to keep it that way. 4 days a week seems to be my personal sweet spot balance with having a life outside of gym and getting enough recovery days wile keeping the body in decent ketosis state with elevated natural test levels. 3 days a week felt like I was just chasing my tail with my goals, at least with my lifestyle outside of gym. I'm 42 now, so everything counts more.
