I've been noticing so many threads about seat theft, I decided to do a search.

These threads are only from the past 11 months, and this is just a preliminary search using the term "stolen". I'm sure there are a lot more.

The owners that post about seat theft on S2ki are only a small percentage of the general population that own S2000s. The seat theft we read about on S2ki is just a microcosm of what's going on across the country.

wow, I had no idea the seats were so popular. Hmm, time to upgrade the security system

 

What is it about the S2K seats? I don't think they're all that great and I'm sure there are more seats out there that are a hell of a lot more comfortable. So what gives?
