Buying my Son's S2000

This is kinda like what I'm doing right now: staying at my daughter's house and dog-sitting. When she gets home next week the dog goes back to her.

I can see granting right of first refusal on a sell-back -- when you're ready, not him -- but not the other restrictions. You either bought the car and can use it as you please or didn't. Looks like you didn't. I always laugh at guys who want their used, discarded cars to go to "good homes."

I didn't buy it for me, rather that my son will have the opportunity to have it in the future. The "no tracking" restriction is mainly self-imposed. I'm not modifying a pristine example for track use. I have other options for that
