Default Hello everyone!

Hey everyone, I think I found myself an s2000 and I would like some input and tips from the experts on what to watch out for before I go check it out!

The details:

-2000 S2000 with 31k miles
-Silverstone with black
- No accidents
- No winters
- Not driven in rain
- Garaged during winter.
- Synthetic Mobile 1 oil and filters ONLY.
- Car was not modified and is completely stock.
- New Battery and Plugs last fall.

"The car has a small ding on the passenger side and one on the driver side The car also has a very minor scratch on the left rear bumper that can be easily fixed with a dab of touch up paint. The rear plastic window has a small(1-2 inch) tear and can be replaced for $200. Tread on tires is low. "

This is taken from the ad, I talked to the guy selling it and he seems like a good guy. I was told the clutch TSB was taken care of and it has no mechanical problems. The roof does not leak (besides the tear on the window). I haven't test driven it yet, I am going to check it out this weekend.

What should I watch out for?
But more importantly what is a good price range to pay for this car? He's asking $16k.

Is there any way to repair the plastic window on the top without buying a new top?
