I've been bitten...
Hi guys,
My name is Corey, and I don't yet own an S2000. I just had the transmission rebuilt on my turbocharged Camry and decided it's time to stop trying to make a family sedan into a sports car. Right not I'm running 6psi, but before the tranny finally gave after 4 months of having the turbo on the car I was running it at 12psi. I decided not to spend the extra money to build up the transmission to hold the newfound power and that it was time to move on to my next car. Originally I had my eyes set on an IS300, but after seeing one of each up close in person and lots of research, I now have my heart set on an S2000. So far I've looked at three S2000's, a silver 03, a yellow 07, and a yellow 05. I pretty much drooled over all of them. I'm currently a pre-med student, so I will likely be buying an AP1. It will be a few months before I'm ready to buy one, but since I can't stop thinking about the car I figure I might as well spend my time learning about it. I'm a pretty involved member at the ToyotaNation.com forums and I hope to become the same here.

If you think the s2k bug is bad, wait until you have one and the mod bug bites. Yikes! Good luck, lots of great deals on AP1s and lots of great info here.
mod bug is good and bad
Anyone that has put a turbocharger on a Camry knows the mod bug well, haha. Thanks for the welcome guys. And Rebel, I wasn't sure about spa yellow until today. Man it looks good. They all look good though...
