Ive been intrigued by the S2K for some time. I have been around sport compact cars since the 80s. back when shelby had some kick ass Omnis and Chargers and Chryslter had the Conquest. Anyways, my last ride was 99 Neon R/T w/ engine mods and venom Nitrous kit. Best it did was 8.5 in the 1/8 mile.

Anyways, Ive been itching to get another sport compact and am looking into the HONDAs for reliability and longevity and aftermarket parts availability. I like the NSX but they are too much, Civics are dime a dozen here, so the next step is the S2000. I drive big ass vans for work and want something nice and small to scoot around town in.

ANyways, there is a used one for sale that Im goin to look at, I dont remember the year of the mileage. its yellow with black leather interior.

My question is, what should I look for on teh S2K as far as issues? I know to look at the normal stuff like oil leaks and over all abuse. but is there anything else I need to specifically check on these?
