Buy a 330i zhp. You'll be happy with it than your 325i.

If you want a S2000, I hope you have another car to drive as well.

 

i sold my 330Ci for a S2K. the ZHP is a great car, but nowhere near the "sporty" car hes seems to be looking for.

 

Have you driven both? What do you think the improvements are for the Ap2? Are those worth the extra money to you? That should help decide...

I think he has some valid points, but I agree with WyattH, what are the pros and cons of both since you've driven both?

 

There are pros and cons to both.

Either way you are going to have a fantastic sports car. I would say use your own judgment (test driving) and your personaly preferences to make the decision. I prefer my 2001 Silverstones stiff suspension, but I enjoy the asthetic updates on the 02-03. I also love the front bumper, headlights/taillights on the AP2s. Its all in what you prefer...
