Warning! Don't buy a S2k from SCKars!
I thought the Lemon Laws were for new cars; you had to have the same issue repaired (or attempted repair) a minimum number of times before the Lemon Law kicked in. I also thought it had to be under a certain age and mileage. Hopefully I’m wrong.
From what I always thought, used car sales were as-is unless you have a guarantee or warranty in writing.

Honestly, I don't think suing them will get you very far. Most used cars are sold as-is, which is why you go and take a look at it, test drive it, etc. Unless it was sold with some sort of warranty or as a certified pre-owned vehicle, more often then not you're out of luck. It's going to be pretty hard to prove that the dealer set up the car to fail 30 days down the road. It's the same thing if you sold a car and 30 days later, the buyer called you back telling you to pay for their failed engine and transmission. It isn't your car anymore, you don't know what it's been through since it left your hands, why should you be the one paying for it? It's also a car, and they break if not well maintained. I'm not saying the dealer is right since they obviously have been shady for a long time, but it'll be tough to prove that they deliberately set you up to fail.
If you still have a copy of your contract, double check what it says. It'll probably state something about warranty and the car breaking down.
All this shady business gets me worried, but hey when you go buy an s2k do a compression test. and if possible take it to a honda dealership for a check up to make sure everything is alright that's your best bet honestly. I think i trust the private sellers more than i do dealerships with these cars, which is sad.

You're assuming someone is knowlegable enough about the vehicle to be able to tell everything that's wrong with it by just pics a video. This place obviously has a history of shady behavior.

Becauese the stock seats in the s2000 will sell for close to $1,000 depending on the condition. OEM ap2 wheels will sell for 500-750 without tires and you can find ap1 wheels with tires for around $200 without even trying. They are obviously just sqeezng every penny out of these cars and hoping the new buyer wont notice.
Hows the title to your car look like OP? Salvage, rebuilt or anything like that? It looks like these guys are wholesalers buying cars from auctions that might have been repos, totalled n rebuilt cars based on the fact that they have an s2k with older civic n integra parts put together for someone not to notice it somehow lol
Title is clean and I know it doesn't mean anything, but it also has a clean car fax.
