Hows the title to your car look like OP? Salvage, rebuilt or anything like that? It looks like these guys are wholesalers buying cars from auctions that might have been repos, totalled n rebuilt cars based on the fact that they have an s2k with older civic n integra parts put together for someone not to notice it somehow lol
Title is clean and I know it doesn't mean anything, but it also has a clean car fax.
I just looked them up. Man, I'm stunned by how many horrible reviews this place has. I've never seen anything like this. Dealers in general suck, because of the bs lies and what not, but this place has certainly went into a league of their own. I really wish you had seen these reviews before you purchased your s2k. A lot of them are even from 2010! Always research what you buy. Hell, I look at reviews on minimal things I buy as well.
When I bought my S2k I knew exactly what to look for after researching on here for months and I got exactly what I expected.

You should check into CA small claims court, and the alternative (lawyer lawsuit). Small claims court can claim up to $10k with low fees, and neither party can have an attorney, so both represent themselves. Advantage here would be they couldn't use a smooth talking defense lawyer, so if you are good at representing your case it could be a possibility. Also, if they don't show, you get a lot better chance of ruling in your favor. Depends on what you want, $10k to cover fixes, or something else.
Here is some info on the CA lemon laws, but not much is there for used vehicles.

What is wrong with the motor? Have you asked/researched your problems on here? Not questioning what it does/doesn’t need, but this site is a wealth of information that may help mitigate your repair costs.
