Well it was time for a new car...
Luckily I was able to keep the S2000 though!
After 5 years of driving my AP1 every day, I can finally give her a break. Bought originally with 48,000 miles, she now sits at 156,000 (and still runs like a champ). I'ev yet to have any major problems with this car too. I replaced the clutch disc under warranty since there was a TSB for it, I've replaced the starter and timing chain tensioner. That's it.
Getting a new car was a weird feeling. I have never owned two cars at the same time. When I picked it up, I almost felt like I was neglecting the S2000. Like I wasn't giving it attention.
I realized though it means I can keep this car for as long as I want, and have a little more fun with it. Now it doesn't need to be practical or comfortable. Now I can afford to beat on it and pull it apart since it's not transportation I rely on.
All in all, it's a cool feeling. I'm ready to turn this thing into a track monster.
Oh and what are your thoughts on a new wheel color? I've always wanted to do white on silver again.

MIAMI4QUAD - You could have. I had to push them but they would have done it. It just gets loud on deceleration.
Registration does suck. Luckily I got Classic Car insurance on the S2000. I told them it was a show car. $256 for the full year, you just have to pay it all at once. Well worth it. It has to stay locked and in a garage which is cool with me.
The daily driver is a 2004 4Runner. It's the 4.7l V8. I'm averaging over 21mpg right now according to the dashboard. Not too bad.
