LMOA! Alright, I guess it's time for an update. I think I've already posted this stuff but the overheating issue I ran into at the tuner is gone. It was caused by an air bubble which took some patience to get out (thanks Blacktrax). Most of the valvetrain noise disappeared once I put oem cams back in. I still have some valvetrain noise but I no longer have anything sounding like chainslap. I have adjusted my lash time after time after time, and I still have clicking up to 2500-3000 rpm or so. I am beginning to think it is being caused by the dual valve springs. It is not the tensioner since I have used three different TCTs with no change. The noise does not affect driveability at all, as I drove it three or four days last week with no issue other than needing tuned. And before someone starts flaming about driving it untuned, I'm using a timing map from Silver9k's 2.5L and the base fuel map from Hondata set for 675cc injectors, which is actually running rich (it's smells, plug color, KManager, etc). I'm going back to have it tuned Thursday.

So everything is a go for the tune it seems. Great job with this motor and I can't wait for the dyno results.

Thanks for the update.. Keep up the good work. I check everyday as well.

Cheap kit? Well.. cheap kit.. cheap results...or no results?
How about those Ebay turbo kits? Anyone try one of those yet?
