Question about tuning

hey i was wondering do i need tuning if i just have basic bolt on's? (test pipe, header, exhaust and cold air intake) does it really make a difference if i got it tune?

not really needed, but you could do it. im sure youll get a few more ponies out. it would be good for the a/f too.
