Quick question...
a wideband of some sort is useful because in order for you to monitor your adjustments you need to measure some change that results (the butt dyno doesn't work). A wideband allows you to measure then target a certain air fuel ratio while you are tuning.
I think that it helps some but you will probably not see any significant gain until it is coupled with some bolt-ons like intake, header, exhaust, test pipe. etc.
I don't know enough about s2k tuning but on all civics there is some power to be found with these. How much, I don't really know.
My suggestion, have someone do it who actually (actually) knows what they are doing, guessing prolly won't help much.
