Eithet way, the issue has caused an extreme inconveniece for both myself and my close friend, to whom I sold these. I'd like to see this issue resolved.

Since the seller claims he found the receipt, we would just need the Invoice number on the top right of the receipt. Unless he somehow lost the receipt again, then we would just need the first name of the person on the receipt to look it up. Hell, even the first 2 letters of the person's name on the receipt would be enough to search our system. We keep extremely detailed records dating back to the first sale we've ever had, we never do "off the book" transactions because each product we import goes through customs so all records have to match up. However, we haven't gotten a single piece of information throughout this whole ordeal to verify anything was ever purchased from us. Simply judging by the date the seller claims to have purchased the item, it doesn't match up with our records so I can tell you with a 100% certainty if it was purchased "early this year," it was definitely was not from us.

in the end I got my money back, non of this matters to me any more. I would close this thread but it may serve a purpose to people buying spoon fenders in the future.
