May be a stupid question, but how does the CEL Fix work? Do you have to wire this into your O2 sensor somehow? Or add an O2 sensor?

your O2 sensor screws right into the piece thats on the side of the test pipe. It "fools" your O2 sensor by only letting a little air get to the sensor instead of in the middle like it would on a cat.
