Many of those Goodwood cars are being driven by current and past world class race drivers, some in their original cars. Goodwood is on my bucket list.

It's great to watch all these million dollar cars fly around track.
I think a few of those are $30 million dollar cars.

Yep several f1 drivers out there and some are driven by F1 designers like Newey's jag which went flying off into the tire wall. I'm sure he can just design some new aero package for it now that it has all that bent metal.

I'm amazed it's taken so long to break the 10 minute barrier on Pike's Peak. It's about 90% pavement now and should be 100% paved for next year's race. We need to get some of the World Rally drivers into all wheel drive turbo cars--they could probably break the 9 minute barrier. I used to live in Colorado Springs and attended a couple of the races. The first time I went it was a hot July day so I wore shorts. I ended up spectating above 10,000 feet and it snowed on me! Froze my butt off and made for a long day on the mountain--once they close the course for the race your car is stuck there until the race ends.

I feel bad for Eric. Even if they fix the truck for free, he had to fly home and will have to get back to Mansfield to pick it up and then pick up the trailer. I guess he will be terrorizing TTC this weekend in his other car.

I agree on the breaking the 9 minute mark(maybe even faster) with guys like Loeb.

Hey thanks I will look into such a thing. If anybody else has good links for tools let me know. I have been living the apartment life for the last 11 years so I am devoid of all but the most primitive hand tools.

Ford was found on road dead for he second time in two weeks and he was at Mid-Ohio. Facebook Mani Step into yesterday and then go for Google+ because it will displace FB soon. The dealer in Mansfield, OH is in control of his repairs.

Buy Chevy/GMC to avoid the trucks that claim to tow the world and blow up under load. The limiting factor for most GMC/Chevy trucks is brakes, not the disposable motors.
