I agree! meh if all else fails we can use a gopro there will be plenty of those around lol.
but on another note.. I'm ready to go!
1. car aligned.... done!
2. check tire PSI... done!
3. new angles for the gopro... done!
4. make sure lugs are torqued properly... done!
5. get everything out of car... done!
6. take a poop to weigh less... done!

I can bring a D60.
Speaking of tire pressures, I need recommendations as I have never run the S2K before. Stock AP2 suspension, CR front bar, maxed front camber with stock bolts, soon to be 0 front toe, stock rear alignment settings. 17x9s with 245 Dunlops.
Also, how do you STR guys launch the car?

35 psi on all corners. I use 32 when wet. This is proven to provide even tire temps on each wheel and front-rear on my car. If you need a pyrometer, I will have one there. 35 is a good number though.
The S has a relatively flimsy differential (from what I have heard). People recommend dropping it hard enough to get wheelspin, or doing street-style starts which are more rolling in form. Personally, I start at about 3,500 rpm (or so since I don't really look) and it is more of a street start than anything else. I never spin the wheels. Whatever you do, just keep in mind that the stress is better dissipated through spinning wheels or through rolling start, or through clutch wear, but the rule is not to strain the differential by putting a lot of stress on it through instantaneous loads where the wheels stick and the stress is directed to the diff.
I think that is pretty sound advice. I got it from many of the top STR people nationally and others familiar with the S.

can't wait to meet you all!!!
wish I could really help you but I'm still playing with these star specs so I'm not 100% sure but I'm running 35 PSI in the tires and if I need to let some out I will but I doubt I'll need to. and stock rear alignment?!? I can get -2 out of the front and I think stock rear camber is what -1.0/-1.5. I guess you like to be tail happy judging by your pic lol. As far as launching goes.. this is my DD so I'm gentle on it.
